This developer of 10 to 40 volumes activates permanent colors and bleaching powder. Min in equal parts of color and the required volume of peroxide. Protects hair strands and scalp with its high content of tropical fruit acids.
HYDRATING ACTIVATOR
Activates semi-permanent colors that determine and define color pigments. Should be mixed equally with Kismera's Semi-Permanent Luxurious Color Cream.
